How can I request a quote?
Call us or submit the contact form with the furniture you need, estimated quantity, office location, budget, and desired timeline. Our team will contact you to discuss your project and available options.
You can also build the list as you browse — there’s an Add to Quote button on every product. Open your quote from the header when you’re ready and send it in one go, with the items and quantities already itemised.
Can I check inventory or place an order online?
Because inventory and product options may change, we recommend calling Kalico before placing an order. Our team can confirm availability, pricing, colors, finishes, and product configurations.
Why aren’t prices shown on the products?
Because most of what we sell doesn’t have one fixed price. A benching system’s cost depends on how many stations, which panel height and what finish. A chair’s depends on how many you’re buying. And stock moves.
Publishing a number that’s wrong by the time you call helps nobody. You build a list, we price it against what’s actually available, and you get a figure you can put in front of your finance team.
Am I committing to anything by sending a quote?
No. A quote is a list, not an order. Nothing is charged, nothing is reserved, and there is no payment step anywhere on this site. You can send several versions of the same room and compare them.
Do you offer bulk-order discounts?
Bulk discounts may be available for qualifying orders. Contact our sales team with the products and quantities you need to receive additional information.

Do you offer delivery?
Yes. Kalico offers white-glove delivery and furniture placement. Contact our team with your location and project details for availability and pricing.
Can I collect the furniture myself?
Yes — will call collection from our dock in City of Industry. Call ahead so your order is pulled and waiting, and bring a vehicle that fits it, straps, and ideally a second pair of hands.
My building needs a certificate of insurance. Can you provide one?
Yes. Mention it when you send your quote or when we speak, and we’ll have the certificate issued to your property manager before the delivery date. It’s a common request for offices in managed buildings and it doesn’t slow anything down, as long as we know early.

Can Kalico help me plan my office layout?
Yes. Our experienced team offers in-house space planning to help you create a functional, comfortable, and productive workplace.
Send a floor plan, a square footage, or just a headcount and we’ll lay the space out before you commit to anything. Send us the plan.
Do I need an appointment to visit the showroom?
Walk in Monday to Friday, 9AM to 6PM. Saturdays are by appointment, so call ahead. We’re closed Sunday.
If you’re coming to look at something specific, calling first means it’s out and ready rather than behind a stack of boxes.
Can I see something before I buy it?
Please do. Photographs tell you almost nothing about how a chair feels after four hours. Our showroom has the range on the floor — come and sit in it, and we’ll tell you honestly whether it’s the right piece for what you’re doing.
